[Compatibility]The Aqara Curtain Motor E1 Rod Version supports most popular rods with uniform thickness and does not support rods with different thicknesses at the ends, such as telescopic or extendable rods. Please consult the images below for comprehensive installation instructions.

Besides, for a sturdy connection, ensure that the Aqara Curtain Motor E1 is within 400 inches of the Aqara Zigbee hub, and the hub is within the same range from the Wi-Fi router. Additionally, make sure the hub and the router are on the same local area network (LAN).
